I just want to take time to encourage #self-love and #self-care. I encourage you to find time to ground yourself. You are protected and divinely guided. Before you take your next action ask yourself...Is your mind clear? Is your body tense? Give yourself a mindful moment to breathe. Be patient with yourself! Listen to your inner guidance and then stand your power! There are lessons to be learned and appreciation to be shown in times of joy as well as pain. Sending you all peace, love and light! 🙏🏾
During times of stress my favorite thing to do is sit in my garden. It is an urban container garden and it brings me peace and calm. The simple act of putting my hands in the earth and water, the healing properties, the connection to nature, the inner-standing that everything has it’s season. It is a gift that should be experienced for the healing benefits and sense of self-accomplishment at the very least.
