The only one I have did was mindful meditation and not for very long lol. I want to do more guided mediation before bed. The have some good ones on YouTube and Spotify.

Guided meditations are great! Honestly it's the only way for me to do the longer meditations. Plus sometimes my head just doesn't wanna focus so even a short guided helps me get the ball rolling before i go into my own meditation.
